1st University of South Africa IP Law Cup
Naos Simulations is organizing the 1st University of South Africa IP Law Cup. In this simulation, the players will take the role of a Junior (Jr) Juror.
The simulation consists of a series of case studies from the field of IP Law. Each case study will be open for a week, and it requires a decision. The players will get familiar with the case and submit their decision before the deadline. The correct results are not predetermined: they will win the case only if they side with the majority of Jr Jurors.

Competition Rules
- One entry per player. The same player cannot participate in 2 Cups at the same time. If this occurs, we will remove the player from one of the groups.
- All winners of the cups will receive a Certificate of Achievement. Every participant who submits at least 3 decisions will be entitled to the Certificate of Participation. All participants will be invited to join the WhatsApp community prior to the start of the University Cups. The call for Certificates will be made through WhatsApp Community, IP Law group.
- The winners of the cups will be invited to the 1st Invitational State Cup (they will join the winners of our initial Criminal Law Cups). The 1st Invitational State Cup will have cash prizes.
